SGA responds quickly and effectively to emergency situations that may arise in or near our clients’ establishments, including those involving a security alarm system or burglar alarm. Our alarm response agents will verify the status of your property, facility or residence when any alarm is activated. Once a threat has been identified, the response agent will immediately notify Central Station to dispatch law enforcement.
When an activation signal is received in our Central Station, an alarm response agent can immediately be dispatched to the premises to verify whether the activation was inadvertent or if an actual security breach has taken place.

Security Patrol + Guard Dogs are a proven asset in the reduction of theft, criminal damage and violent behaviour. It is commonly accepted that one Security Patrol Dog and Handler team can be as effective as five static security officers, due to the canine’s excellent olfactory system.
